3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Placement: By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (e.g., billing and shipping details) is accurate and complete. 5.1 Return Policy:  Return orders are not accepted for perishable items.  Perishable items sales are final.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. 11.3 Exceptions: Disputes involving intellectual property rights or claims eligible for small claims court may be resolved in court.

Muh Coffee LLC is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
